With over four decades in recovery and a professional background in social work, she brings warmth, humor, and hard-won wisdom to her work. Her approach is both grounded and spacious — blending practical tools with deeper inquiry. Irene believes we are not broken; we are remembering. Her passion is guiding people back to their own authority — beneath the noise, beneath the old stories — to the steady voice within that already knows.
John Gesek brings depth, humility, and real-world wisdom, with 34 years of lived recovery. His work helps people move beyond old default patterns into lives of integrity, purpose, and true freedom.
